❗If you are not comfortable with the Terms of Service I will not be taking the commission.❗
I have the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with it or feel I cannot draw the art to your liking.

All payments are currently ONLY accepted through PayPal.
1 hour's worth of payment is required to start the commission. This is non-refundable. If the commission is canceled by the client, it is also non-refundable. So be sure you want to commission me.
The rest of the payment is required to receive your files.
References must be provided, or a conceptualization fee will be added
Do not ask me to draw in a different art style.
Do not trace, edit, or resell my art.
I require credit, or an Artist Badge if used on Twitch. You can do this in the emote manager.
My art is constantly evolving. I am learning new things to better my art. Please note that some changes may be different between the commission you receive and the commissions I've finished.
I reserve the right to cancel your commission if you have been proven troublesome in any way. (YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED)
By purchasing my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. As well as not requesting any Paypal chargeback.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and on all or some of my social media accounts. (Your name will be posted with the commission unless asked otherwise.)
I reserve the right to stream any commissions that I have taken. (Twitch) If you want your name not to be mentioned during stream please let me know.
Failure to read or comply with the ToS will result in a declined commission. Any payment made will not be refunded

What kind of art? : I do PNGtubes, emotes, and whole art pieces.

For PNGtubes, price includes four files, designed to be used with veadotube. Images will have one with open eyes/closed mouth, one with open eyes/open mouth, one with closed eyes/closed mouth, and one with closed eyes/open mouth. Veadotube simulates blinking and talking using your mic's input and a randomizer for the blinks. If you have a different software you are comfortable using that has different file requirements please let me know.

Q: Why do you require a non-refundable deposit?
A: I take a non-refundable payment in order to protect myself when it comes to taking commissions.
Q: Why do you stream the commission making?
A: I stream the commission in order to get it done faster. Streaming is an excellent way for me to finish commissions quicker than trying to work on them throughout the day.
Q: Why do you charge per hour?
A: I struggle to price my work as a completed piece, art is notoriously undervalued. In order for me to feel like I am being fair in my pricing I use a stopwatch while actively working on your commission and charge an hourly fee instead of a flat price. Even with this system, I have often forgotten to start the timer while working, but this is the best way I have at the moment.
